How SponsoMed works

  1. Centers publish offers. A verified healthcare center publishes a sponsorship offer (specialty, location, amount, post-graduation commitment).
  2. Students apply anonymously. Verified medical and dental students apply through the platform without revealing their identity.
  3. Match & reveal. The center reviews applications and selects a candidate. Identities are revealed only at this stage.
  4. E-sign contract. Both parties sign a legally binding EU sponsorship contract online.
  5. Stripe escrow. The center funds the contract via Stripe Connect; funds are released to the student per contract milestones (manual SEPA IBAN fallback available).
